This is a part time remote position and is on a hourly pay rate basis.

​Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain internal claims guides and FAQs (e.g. for group / individual hospitalization plans.

Track and manage policy renewals to ensure timely processing

Liaise with various insurers to request quotations and compare policy options
-
Submit and follow up on claims to facilitate smooth processing

Maintain accurate records and documentation for internal reference

Support insurance agents with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
-
Background or experience in insurance or a related field
-
Prior experience in customer service is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
