(Part Time)

This is a part time remote position and is on a hourly pay rate basis.

​Key Responsibilities 

  • Create and maintain internal claims guides and FAQs (e.g. for group / individual hospitalization plans.

  • Track and manage policy renewals to ensure timely processing

  • Liaise with various insurers to request quotations and compare policy options

  • Submit and follow up on claims to facilitate smooth processing

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for internal reference

  • Support insurance agents with administrative tasks as needed

 

Requirements

  • Background or experience in insurance or a related field

  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
